Chris has gained experience in many facets of the industry including main contracting and mechanical and electrical sub-contracting, working in sectors from civil engineering to multi- million pound construction projects.

His multi-faceted skill base and knowledge is an excellent platform upon which to offer support, advice and expert opinion to a wide client base across both private and commercial sectors.

Chris has provided training courses for institutions such as the Chartered Institute of Building for the legal modules of their professional examinations, and to contractors, sub- contractors, public and commercial clients. He offers a number of training presentations on many legal and contractual related subjects including NEC, JCT, PPC 2000, contractual awareness and design and build.

Chris has acted as party representative in over 250 adjudications, litigations and mediations. These have ranged in project value from £20,000 for domestic clients to £150m for major national contractors.
